Aurora Sands Home Owners Association
Welcome to Aurora Sands Home Owners Association
Living in an organized community has many benefits such as a secure environment and a relaxed lifestyle, but it also comes with many challenges. The greatest being the difficulties related to living in close proximity with neighbors and the fact that Aurora Sands has rules and regulations that are essential to communal living. This is why adherence to the Home Owners Rules and the Constitution is important as they resolve most of the conflicts. If discord and discontent become the rule, then all Owners will suffer and values of the property may decrease. It is therefore in each resident’s best interest to work for common good and treat the Home Owners Association Rules and Constitution as a positive compromise that far outweighs the alternative free for all.

Update

Home is a place where a person lives, spends much of her time, or feels generally comfortable with. While a house (or other residential dwelling) is often referred to as a home, and is home to many people, the concept of "home" is broader than a physical dwelling. Home is often a place of refuge and safety, where worldly cares fade, with things and people you love becoming the focus. Home is central to one's life, primarily emotional, and partially physical. It is an environment offering affection and security.
